2. What data we collect
Waitlist sign-up
- Email address — to notify you when Tappy launches and to send launch updates.
Fleet demo / contact form
- Name, company name, work email address
- Team or fleet size (optional)
- Your message or inquiry
- Reason for contact (selected from a dropdown)
Website analytics
- Vercel Analytics collects anonymised page view data (no cookies, no fingerprinting, GDPR-compliant by design).
3. Why we collect your data (legal basis)
- Waitlist emails — collected on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
- Contact form data — collected on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) to respond to your sales or support inquiry.
- Analytics — collected on the basis of legitimate interest for product improvement. No personal data is stored; data is anonymised at collection.
4. Third-party processors
- Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.) — stores and manages waitlist email addresses. Mailchimp acts as our data processor under a Data Processing Agreement. Data may be stored on servers in the United States under EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Vercel Inc. — hosts this website and processes anonymised analytics. Vercel is GDPR-compliant; see their privacy policy.
5. How long we keep your data
- Waitlist email: until you unsubscribe or Tappy launches, whichever comes first. After launch we will ask for fresh consent to send ongoing communications.
- Contact form submissions: retained for up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Analytics: aggregated and anonymised; no individual records are stored.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data.
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Withdraw consent — for waitlist emails, unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails.

This website does not use tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics is cookie-free and collects no personally identifiable information.
