Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Tappy website at www.tappy-charge.com or joining the Tappy waitlist. By accessing this website or submitting your email address, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Tappy

Tappy is a pre-launch EV charging application. The website currently provides information about the product and a waitlist for early access. The Tappy app and its services are not yet publicly available. All features, pricing, and plans described on this website are subject to change before launch.

2. Waitlist

• By joining the waitlist you consent to receive email updates about the Tappy launch.
• You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.
• Waitlist benefits (1 year of 0 platform fees, no signup fee, free charging card) are conditional: they apply only to accounts created at launch using the same email address used on the waitlist, subject to Tappy's then-current launch terms.
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel waitlist benefits at any time prior to launch, with reasonable notice to subscribers.

3. Acceptable use

When using this website you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this website or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data in ways that harm the site's performance.
• Transmit malware, spam, or any harmful content.

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and code — is owned by or licensed to Tappy and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
